Before you, my life was like a moonless night. Very dark, but there were stars - points of light and reason. And then you shot across my sky like a meteor. Suddenly everything was on fire; there was brilliancy, there was beauty. When you were gone, when the meteor had fallen over horizon, everything went black. Nothing had changed, but my eyes were blinded by the light. I couldn't see the stars anymore. And there was no more reason for anything.

I'm finally done with the Departure DM Touchpoints. It took me many days to conjure something out of nothing and finally it's done! The observation period was super boring, there was just nothing to do. And it's quite pointless anyway. The first round of interviewing the DMs was also pointless. It got us nowhere. So I propose coming out with some structured and constructive questions before carrying out interviews again. And I'm glad my team agreed on going on ground to interview again. Fortunately we didn't meet any hostile ones. Interviewing the DMs was somewhat boring, they kept sidetracking and we have to bring them back. And they talk a lot.

Using the somewhat pointless information (still) we gathered, we generate all the possible touchpoints. I took like three days to complete the whole thing. We wrote stories like what Channel 5 had done. After we're done, the whole thing looked weird but we just handed it in. And after I handed in I realised I haven't complete it fully yet. GG.

I hope this is the end already.
