Before you, my life was like a moonless night. Very dark, but there were stars - points of light and reason. And then you shot across my sky like a meteor. Suddenly everything was on fire; there was brilliancy, there was beauty. When you were gone, when the meteor had fallen over horizon, everything went black. Nothing had changed, but my eyes were blinded by the light. I couldn't see the stars anymore. And there was no more reason for anything.

And the black horse goes again..

Being with optimistic people makes me optimistic.
Even when shit happens.
Overoptimistic people make me insecure.


Had a great start today having breakfast with WeiZhi and JiaMin at McDonalds before heading to work. SATS pax handling trainers took us on a tour around all the terminals' landside because our airport passes were not being processed on time so we couldn't get into transit area/airside. The trainers were a little insecure because we didn't pose them questions. Thing is we already knew most of the things around already, well at least for the landside.

The trainer attached each of us to a check-in agent to have a small talk with them since it was off peak period. That's sort of a small start for our project. We got to see the whole check-in process and procedures from behind the counter. Those computer things, scanning, printing, baggage weighing and tagging, handling different kinds of pax. But that's not the point. We talked to them to find out more about what we wanted.

Basically, progress is little and slow. A little letdown to our leaders which we felt really embarrassed about. Hope things can and will change for the better. We'll work hard and smart.
