Before you, my life was like a moonless night. Very dark, but there were stars - points of light and reason. And then you shot across my sky like a meteor. Suddenly everything was on fire; there was brilliancy, there was beauty. When you were gone, when the meteor had fallen over horizon, everything went black. Nothing had changed, but my eyes were blinded by the light. I couldn't see the stars anymore. And there was no more reason for anything.

The long awaited two-week term break is here.
A brief update on recent happenings.

'Wastrel''s too strong a word. Call me spendthrift.

Was rather sick during TT week due to lack of sleep and trying hard to understand the notes instead of memorising. I had a bad sore throat to begin my break with. Went to T1 Popeyes with Jel, WeiZhi, Rayna and Joanna to sort of celebrate the end of the gruelling week and also to bid Joanna farewell. We went separate ways after she disappeared for check-in.

Met up with YaoWu, James, Kelvin, Vanessa and DaWei at night to get stuff for Christmas and presents for the twins. Went for MaLa steamboat albeit the inflamed throat. We caused a din as usual. Went LAN before going home.

I can't talk the next day. Chilled out at Kandibar with MD, KQ, Darius, WeiMing, Marcus, MeiMei and Kestine till late. This is the first time I'm with such a weird combination. I realised we had so much crap to talk about, I guess we were all not very sober. Went over to Darius' for stayover, wanted to movie marathon but they all doze off halfway. I finished up all the chips we bought. Hoon妈 asked me to pay her a visit since it's just a stone's throw away. Jyun and Col were there too, for MM. Bought drinks and chips up for MM. After a while, dawn broke.

Tennis with ZhengDe and the two mysterious beings at his condo. LOL. Lost two tennis balls.

Christmas party and BBQ and cousin's place. Woooo~~ I think they spent a lot on that peculiar christmas tree, which doesn't even looked like one.

BUSFUND and ATSYS2 meetings but not much progress for ATSYS2, we ended up shopping online and playing Hotel626. HAHAHA

Was supposed to go Sentosa with scandalous family but didn't in the end. Chilled out at Indochine till late. Damn, didn't see these people for like how many months already. Sadly not all turned up, but it's still fun.
Maybe coz Dad and the mistress wasn't there, because they everytime 把場面搞僵.
In the end, great-grandfather drove all the drunkards home. Thanks la.

Went to Arena with the heavenly kings and JX. Free flow of drinks but disappointment overall. Don't think we'll ever go there again. Maybe because we went at the wrong time. We left early. LOL ZX was damn high that night.

Went mahjong at Daniel's place with GuoHui and YuShan. The mother showered us with lots of tidbits and drinks. Gossiped a little. Biggest winner of the day! WOOO

Mahjong with ChesterDu, Adha and LiuYiDao! LOL. Say the magic word and you'll win!

PK coming. Please DONT come down and support me. I'll feel damn paiseh. In the first place I also don't know why they choose me. Stupid 瑪格麗特. You all throw havaianas must remember to take back hor. Expensive lor.

I have always wanted to continue my assignments but always failed to do so. Shall really work on it. Cancelled all my meetings and appointments for SFL chalet/christmas party and Idealist Reunion.

Which means I've only one day left to complete my assignments, which is impossible. =(
